Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Elevea, Inc., a Delaware
corporation ("Launchglass", "we", "us") for the use of Launchglass at
app.launchglass.com (the "Service").
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms for that organisation and confirm that you have authority to do so. In that case, "you" means the organisation. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.
1. Accounts and workspaces
- You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its admins decide who can join and what each user can see and change, and they can remove users.
- You must be at least 18, and the information you give us must be accurate.
2. Your content
- You own your content. This means everything you or your users put into the Service: boards, cards, comments, files and votes.
- You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to put it in the Service.
- Content you share by public link can be seen by anyone who has the link.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights, through the Service;
- upload malware, or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan or load-test the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to send spam;
- resell the Service, or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend access that puts the Service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
4. AI features
Some features use third-party AI models to generate answers and suggestions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it. How these features handle your content is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, fees and payment
- Some plans are free. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, for the period and at the price shown when you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
- If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may limit the workspace to the free plan's features until payment is made.
6. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we are required to by law.
- If we discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your content.
- After a workspace is deleted, its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to the Service and these terms
We improve the Service continually, so features change over time. If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if it was told they were possible;
- each party's total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if that is greater.
These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, or to liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Indemnity
You will defend Launchglass against third-party claims arising from your content or from your breach of section 3, and will cover the resulting costs.
11. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we have waived it.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger or acquisition.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service, unless you have signed a separate agreement with us.
